This community event called Stone and Glass; We are all transient took place at the Toronto Homeless Memorial on March 9th 2016 as part of the Myseum Intersections Festival. The names of almost 800 people who have died homeless in Toronto since 1985 were projected on the wall while the Smoke Trail Singers drummed the traditional traveling songs. Drawings of faces by Jim Houston were projected inside the Church of the Holy Trinity while an audio memorial listing all the names with stories told by people who knew some of those lost was played inside a make-shift tent. The audio memorial will soon be available as a podcast.
