I was commissioned by Environmental Defence to create an art installation for Union Station to launch their Cash It Don’t Trash It campaign. The goal is to get the Provincial Government to set up a deposit-return system for single use plastic bottles as fully half end up in landfill in Ontario; the 12,000 bottles used in this sculpture represent the amount thrown out every 4 minutes in Ontario alone.
The installation was in Union Station on the GO Concourse for one day, February 15th, 2018.
